Field Operations Team Lead (Roosevelt, UT): Full-time position. Offering $72,000 – $94,000 annual compensation , 401K and Medical Benefits. 2+ years oilfield experience preferred. Must have a clean DMV record. *Position available in Roosevelt, Utah.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As Utah’s Team Lead you will be responsible for communicating with the corporate office and the corporate appointed Management Team.  As Team Lead you will work to insure all personnel are in compliance with PROS, Inc.’s policies, procedures, work performance, safety and following the company’s vision. You will also oversee the quotes, assign job numbers when jobs are awarded, tracking all material, time cards and job costs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Capable of going out to location and help in job startups when required.
  • Communicate with customer engineers and well site managers.
  • Must be able to lift 50 to 70lbs.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must meet that FCE and DMV screening.
  • Must be capable to train.
  • Must have managerial skills.
  • Must be able to communicate with all departments of the organization.
  • Must be able to communicate with customers.
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree. Engineering, or closely related fields.
  • Documented experience in an industrial setting, experience in the oil & gas industry or equivalent combination of training and/or experience is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Tribal regulations required by the governing bodies for Utah.
  • Must be able to prepare clear, comprehensive, and concise technical reports for effective communication with a variety of internal and external entities. Possess effective presentation and communication skills for delivery of training programs and reports to employees, management, clients, and regulatory agencies. Proficiency in MS Office software including MS Word and Excel.

 

 

Health Safety & Environmental Team Lead (Bakersfield, CA): Full-time position. Offering $67,000 – $93,000 annual compensation, 401K and Medical Benefits. 2+ years oilfield experience preferred. Must have a clean DMV record. *Position available in Bakersfield, CA.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – HEALTH & SAFETY:

  • Maintain accident statistics, analyses trends and propose and take remedial action where necessary.
  • Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepare report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action. Where necessary prepare reports to the enforcing authority and LSE as required by the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations.
  • Assist and support Faculties and Departments in the preparation of risk assessments. Monitor the availability and appropriateness of risk assessments and, where necessary, safe working practices.
  • Maintain a register of First Aiders and ensure the adequate provision of first-aid and welfare facilities. Ensure all First Aiders are appropriately trained, and (subject to qualification) provide training to members of staff to enable them to become First Aiders.
  • Communicate with other organizations and relevant authorities, and provide assistance and cooperation concerning audits and remedial actions.
  • Meet and co-operate with visiting health, safety and environmental officers as required.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:

  • Be the catalyst for activity and commitment to environmental management.
  • Ensure, at minimum, legal compliance and reduce risk of non-compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous environmental improvement.
  • Promote and coordinate the integration of environmental management and sustainability issues into policies, rules, products, services and operations.
  • Assist the institution to perform more efficiently and therefore more competitively, which in turn promotes environmental and social improvements.
  • Ensuring statements are available on all hazardous materials and that effective Risk Assessments are in place to manage the handling and use of such substances, all assessments to be reviewed annually.
  • Provide technical support to departments on projects that have environmental impacts and aspects.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Safety & Health, or closely related fields.
  • Documented EHS experience in an industrial setting, experience in the oil & gas industry or equivalent combination of training and/or experience is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of California regulations Cal/OSHA, Air District etc., and Federal regulations.
  • Certificates from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (CSP), HAZMAT/HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, are desirable.
  • Must be able to prepare clear, comprehensive, and concise technical reports for effective communication with a variety of internal and external entities. Possess effective presentation and communication skills for delivery of training programs and reports to employees, management, clients, and regulatory agencies. Proficiency in MS Office software including MS Word and Excel.
